Global Warming Films to CHS

When CHS students return to classes in January 2008, they will have the chance to watch two films about Global Warming: Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth” and “Rising Waters”, a look at Samoa and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.

Global Warming is a serious issue for Chuuk where several coral islands in the Namanuito Atoll and Mortlock Atoll have already experienced very high tides which flooded taro patches.

Teachers interested in having their classes see this film should contact the Film Class at CHS. Kinissow chapur.
